Architect Samuel Maclure designed a Sun Room addition to Benvenuto in 1911. His drawings of the original Sun Room floor plan and many interior features still exist.

Sun Room Extension , 1919
In 1919 Samuel Maclure designed a “Sun Room Extension ” to the original 1911 Sun Room addition to Benvenuto .
