Edwin Tomlin (1884-1944) worked as an accountant with the Vancouver Portland Cement Company.

He later became Vice-President of the B.C. Cement Company when Robert Butchart was President of the B.C. Cement Company. On Robert Butchart’s retirement, Edwin Tomlin became President of the B.C. Cement Company.

Edwin Tomlin is buried in Ross Bay Cemetery, Victoria, B.C.
