Architect Samuel Maclure designed a “Sun Room Addition” to Benvenuto in 1911. In 1919 Robert Butchart retained Samuel Maclure to design a “Sun Room Extension” to the 1911 Sun Room addition at Benvenuto.

The 1919 “Sun Room Extension” consisted of a Conservatory added to south end of the Sun Room addition designed by Samuel Maclure in 1911.

Samuel Maclure’s plans for the 1919 “Sun Room Extension” still exist and are shown below.
